No surprise RIM is in deep trouble if this is the best
Not impressed with this phone at all, but it is a company phone so I am not paying for it. The documentation is MIA and what is there is like trying see in a muddy river. The learning curve is really steep with this phone. I hope it holds up for the next 24 months.
Pros:

- case mode
Cons:
- Too hard to find features, poor call quality
- need to have a clear line of sight to the tower
- Super slow surfing
- Very limited web browser
- Seems fragile

Awesome Product
Blackberry 9900 is not the cutting edge but does the job. Blackberry Z10 is the way to go, hopefully Blackberry will give us an opportunity to have it in Bold and earlier brands.

BlackBerry has recently made strides in overhauling its brand with the BlackBerry Z10 , which serves as a strong smartphone candidate that's still a few steps behind its top Android and Apple competition.

Worst phone I ever had
My employer provided this "phone" to keep in contact but at this point in time with all the technology available I can't believe something this still exist. I have had way too many cell phones in my life as I love technology but this has been a nightmare of a device.

Cons:
- Not usable internet
- archaic UI
- No simple way to dial a phone number
- Tiny and low resolution screen

High price superior product
Blackberry makes high end smartphones and Blackberry bold touch is a premium product. It surely is high priced but the product deserves it. The features and the ease of use that it offers is simply awesome. The phone comes with 8 gb internal memory and 768 mb RAM. The memory is expandable to 32gb.

Blackbery phones are excellent to use

Unlocked for verizon only
I gave only 3 stars because the seller needs to specify that its only unlocked with verizon and can only be used with verizon and no other carrier. Besides that it can be prepaid or a regular plan with verizon. The phone itself is very nice and looked almost brand new.
