Sucks just like the webOS HPTouchpad

No useful apps. Nothing like with Android and Apple provides. If you're just using this for web browsing, then it's fine. Other than that, it's got nothing else. No good games to play or useful apps to download that's why I returned it.

Fast; that's about it

no apps

BlackBerry PlayBook

I simply asked with so many customers on their forum wanting the unlimited timeout why the company does not simply add it but one response was that the company is concerned about screen burn in which was the only answer that made even a lick of sense.

Cons: Limited in applications, Poor software compatibility Slow and very weak processing Awkward operation Pros: Price Point Secure We have a blackberry playbook and a Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 7.0" In comparison, the Galaxy Tab 2 is easily 5 times the unit (not kidding) Of course it's newer with better

Blackberry playbook

Playbook is the first tablet launched by BlackBerry. I was very excited for it, but after purchasing and using it, ut was very disappointed by it. It has good design and the built quality but I lacks in features.

BlackBerry PlayBook

Blackberry's first tablet PC, Blackberry Playbook is really a sensational device. It has 1GHz dual-core Cortex-A9 CPU and runs on BlackBerry Tablet OS. Further, it is also featured with dual camera primary is of 5 MP and secondary one is of 3 MP.

All its features

BlackBerry PlayBook

The BlackBerry PlayBook is pleasantly designed, easy to use, powerful and packed with features. But we still don't think you should buy it. With so many core features requiring you to have a BlackBerry phone nearby, the PlayBook just isn't as versatile or practical as its competitors.

Speedy multitasking; excellent Flash video playback in the browser; smooth, intuitive user interface; well-designed music store

Must be connected to a BlackBerry phone for many key features to work; video calling only works between PlayBooks; fewer available apps than on competing platforms

Going through the BlackBerry PlayBook Review, one can understand that BB has lived up to the expectation of offering the consumers with an advanced and latest tablet PC. Light, stylish and powerful, PlayBook makes a good choice for tech-freak generation.

BlackBerry Playbook OS 2.0 Review

To say that RIM's BlackBerry PlayBook has been a sore spot for the company would be an understatement. In our initial review, we chided the PlayBook's lack of basic features, such as a native email client, as well as its buggy software. And we weren't alone.

RIM BlackBerry PlayBook (2012)

Research In Motion's much-maligned tablet computer, the BlackBerry PlayBook , is finally a viable choice, thanks to its heavily revised OS and a massive price drop. The PlayBook's user interface is beautiful, graceful, and operates with a simplicity that rivals that of the Apple iPad 2 ($399 for...

Far fewer third-party apps than the iPad; and the ones that exist aren't nearly as compelling.

RIM BlackBerry PlayBook: A Promising Tablet, but With Many Rough Edges

To say that Research in Motion's BlackBerry PlayBook is a study in contrasts is an understatement.

Sharp display has vivid; accurate colors; High-definition video playback impresses; Light weight

Initial software is buggy and lacks polish; No integrated e-mail; contacts; or calendaring,
