BlackBerry Curve 8520 Mobile Phone
BlackBerry's latest offering in the 8520 Curve is going to give all the other business handsets a serious run for their money, including the other BlackBerrys. It may lack 3G but fares quite well without.

I've had mine for a few days now and it meets every requirement I could have. Yes the camera is basic (not what the phones about though) the screen resolution is below most other phones but it is perfectly adequate.

Blackberry Curve 8520 Review
Nothing rational seems to drive RIM's judgement when it comes to developing new smartphones. In a time when manufacturers are trying to attract more buyers with new features, exquisitely designed devices and eye-candy interfaces, the Canadian company seems to be stuck in the past.
Pros:
- Even though is a mid-budget smartphone, there are a few positive things about Curve 8520 worth mentioning
- The full QWERTY keyboard, even if it wobbles and is made from a very cheap plastic, it may become comfortable with a little bit of training.
Cons:
- Not being able to setup an email account without a payed Blackberry Internet service is annoying
- Overall, the device looks cheaper than its actual price
- It doesn't offer anything new, and only a small fraction of what it needed to offer.

BlackBerry's Curve 8520 smartphone is too expensive to be a serious contender
The BlackBerry Curve 8520 is RIM's attempt to produce a low-cost BlackBerry. The question, as always when a premium supplier attempts to slash costs to attract new buyers, is: does it make the cutbacks in the right areas?

Review: BlackBerry Curve 8520
Earlier this month I wrote a review on the BlackBerry Tour 9630 and compared some of its features to the BlackBerry Curve. Well, now I have a chance to compare apples to apples by reviewing the BlackBerry Curve 8520 and comparing it with the BlackBerry Curve 8330 from Sprint.

Mini-review: It's much the same story with the BlackBerry Curve 8520, RIM's low-end model boasts neither HSDPA nor GPS, and it couples that with very plasticky build quality and a screen that's grainy and low in resolution, at just 320 x 240.
