Does the job, but not without it's issues

It does the job, but there are many things it could be improved on and/or annoying. - Loud. Only night mode makes it reasonably quiet, but then drying takes 4 hours. - Even at maximum dryness level a clothes are damp. - Lint filter design is problematic, lint is going many places around the filter. - Non removable condenser. It always gets me worried. - Many user interface quirks. - It still lets out much steam, we need to open the window to avoid condensation on the walls. - Crease care should be done quietly even on normal programs. - Would be brilliant to display the current measured humidity level during the drying process.

Great dryer. would recommend

We've had this now for just under 3 weeks and it has been great. We have been using it at least once a week. Our old dryer was vented and this is our first heat pump. - It dries well, no issues with dampness with clothing. - It is relatively quiet and being a heat pump, there's no issues with heat and dampness in the laundry. - nice to have a light inside the dryer - extra 3 years warranty on top of factory 2 years was a bonus and give some peace of mind - i dont use much of the other settings, i have a favourite set. it's just a few buttons to start a load. - no reversal direction of spinning - it does take longer than vented dryers, however that is expected and not an issue - no issues with the product. only gripe was the level of service with JB HIFI. The delivery does not include removal of old and install of new. Apparently i missed the print where this is only possible if ordered instore. However most other competitors who sell and price match, provide removal and ins

Fast drying even on Eco settings

I just bought this today and have already run two cycles. The drain was easy to install. Due to the sensor technology the drying time was faster than first displayed on the timer. The clothes came out at the dryness of the program selected. It has 3 dryness settings. Cupboard dry (the middle selection) is heaps dry enough. Extra dry is exactly as stated. It seems very solidly built and looks great. I didn't think it would matter to me but I love the light inside the drum. And it's backed by a 5 year warranty which is awesome for a budget-end heat pump dryer. Cons: It doesn't come with a shoe drying rack and I can't seem to buy one as an after market accessory.

Poor loading door design

The dryer itself works fine. Unfortunately my decision to buy this machine (after a recommendation from a friend) has been tarnished by the experience of trying to reverse the way the loading door opens. Instructions were provided in the manual to do this, but the door was engineered unrealistically, where something should've been able to have been unclicked using your hand (as per diagram), yet it was too difficult. In frustration and applying too much pressure, the outside of the loading door has snapped off and I have not been able to click back into place. I have major regret in trying to follow the instructions and wish I had never attempted to reverse the way the door opens.

Good but not great

If you're after a budget heat pump dryer this is the one. however I always notice if I dont set the setting to Extra dry and then increase the dryness level to max it will finish with damp clothes everytime, this being said I may have bought one with a bad moister reader. The other issue is because it only spins in one direction my bedding always gets tangled in a knot even on the bedding setting. apart from those issues, it works fine and have barely noticed an increase in power consumption when comparing the time without a dryer, considering dryers are energy suckers, this one is not.
