Beware!
They refused to repair my phone and then were ordered to refund me at the Disputes Tribunal. That was 2020 and they still haven't paid. The office is permanently empty, no phone number, and all their staff are in Hong Kong. They blamed me for purchasing the phone and repeatedly said "That's all there is to it." They offered me 3% of the refund (so generous!) and wanted to charge me a fee for it. Awful service and illegal activity. Just Google their name and see all the people they've ripped off. You have been warned!

Good service and price, not enough communications thou - I wasn't notified that goods already shipped, so was under impression that I will need to wait for too long.

Item arrived by DHL in good time from offshore. Everything as expected and at a great price. Just have to live with usig a plug adaptor though. A small ppriice to pay for the savings.

BecexTech has grown up! I had purchased from them and I was charged (by NZ) customs duties then refunded by BecexTech. This time, I ordered on a Friday and received the order the following Monday - better than most NZ couriers!!! IMHO, there should be no need to get shipping insurance (it SHOULD be BecexTech's responsibility to deliver an order - especially at their high shipping charge). That said, BecexTech is STILL far less expensive than anyone else whether parallel imported or not!

There was damages on the item's box. Should have wrapped it thicker or put it in another box to prevent damages.

All is good. But somehow it was not feeling as a secure option from the beginning due to some reason. May be Becex-Tech should have a hotline number or something very close option to customer. I mean customer always have a question which is "how I am going to know whether I'm in safe hands"

This was my second order from Becextech - this time for a Sony A7 II - and like the first it was shipped promptly and arrived quickly. Its a brand new item and the price was excellent. Absolutely no complaints. Great service and fast delivery. Highly recommended

I was about worried about purchasing through these guys as there is a few bad reviews. I don't regret it. Great price and communication and the phone was delivered within a week.

Product is just as described on the website. Delivery was quick and arrived on the day predicted. This is my second purchase from BecexTech and wont be my last.
