The service was prompt and the product is great. BUT - there is no operation manual, and i did not receive any of the extra items i purchased and paid for. *Enhancement : Extra Battery + NZ$42.00 *Enhancement : Screen Protector + NZ$12.00 *Extended Warranty : No, I do not need extended warranty + NZ$0.00 *Memory : 4GB SD + NZ$19.00 *Priority Insurance : To Cover Lost Or Damage During Transit + NZ$35.00 *Warranty : 1 Year + NZ$0.00 Can you please respond. thanks Rob

Bad experience! First there was issue with purchasing. Orders were held pending because the card used was 'suspicious'. Ordered 2 cameras and was shipped one wrong model. Customer service was very unprofessional and unhelpful. Wasted unnecessary cost and time in shipping the camera back since they are based in Hong Kong. Procedure lasted a month, of which throughout the whole experience there was neither an apology nor compensation. Was promised a 16gb memory card as compensation but they didn't send it (figures). Highly disappointed and frustrated with the experience. Would never buy anything or recommend this site to anyone.

I ordered new HTC 10 smartphone from BecexTech before my overseas trip. I emailed the team that I need the phone for the trip urgent. They help me to speed up the order. I received the phone within 8 days from day I ordered. I am very happy with the purchase and service.

Purchasing was very easy and pricing is reasonable as well however I don't know why it takes longer than other competitors to ship the product out. I see that it is coming from hong kong probably why there is a delay. Product is good and packaging was ok.

They took days to 'verify the credit card' even though the money had left my account. Then when the order arrived it was incomplete, and have not responded to queries on where the rest of the order is.
