Totally disappointing experience. Payment made and then 3 weeks later wrong item delivered. Would not deliver correct item until and the wrong item was collected. Correct item still not delivered 5 weeks later.

The original phone I ordered was unavailable. It took 4 days to tell me. Then, the second phone I ordered, despite being told it was in stock, was also unavailable. Finally the 3rd phone that I agreed to arrived, but arrived some 20 days after my order. (14 business days) To be fair, their contact was good and despite the long time, we got there in the end! Thank you Becextech.

I wanted a Sony Xperia M4 which was out of stock. Having to wait a while for a reply, BecexTech was willing to give about $100 off for M5 instead. Awesome consideration towards clients. And the phone upon delivery reached even before I could receive the email about shipment. Phone in great condition, but the cover I bought with it is not really helpful as it totally covers the camera. Either way, thank you for your services.

After finding them to be the only supplier for the model I wanted through pricespy, I blithely purchased through their website. Then received their "anti-fraud" email which started ringing alarm bells, and went on to read some frankly horrifying reviews, below is a no-BS rundown of what happened: Day 0, 08:00 - Place order for phone, car charger+ mount and case. Day 0, 14:12 - Receive email stating that my credit card needs to be "validated" by verifying the value of an additional charge of less than $1.00 This involves me making several calls to the bank. Not appreciated, but fine, OK, fight terrorism or whatever. Day 1, 15:20 - after to-and-fro making this confirmation my order is updated and "if there are any problems we'll let you know within 24-48 WORKING HOURS" - up to six more days! Day 7, 20:14 - receive email stating order is shipped, with DHL tracking number. Day 9, 14:15 - courier arrives with package, hurrah. (This is within their "item ships 'from our warehouse' in 3-10 days") Phone all good, apparently untampered with OEM boxing, starts fine, connects - All Good! BUT no car cradle, charger or case! Day 9, 14:30 - I email them concerning the missing cradle etc, waiting to hear back. The package has come from a warehouse in Hong Kong! The Company registered in NZ is Julian Technology (not Becextech) and registered to an Auckland address, it's sole shareholder has only a Melbourne address, The apparent parent company is JNL corporation (Australia) but going yet another step it's actually BXT Limited (registered in HK). The bank account that received my payment was in Christchurch?? The NZ company (multifix ltd) that undertakes their warranty work has been struck off! So the rhetoric on their website is bullsh*t. And I feel it's diliberately misleading. However, they've delivered on time, been prompt in communicating, supplied good product at a good price. I would buy from them again if I couldn't find a local supplier.
