I ordered a cam with kit lens and a lens on 6th Sept. and my order arrived today but it only contains the lens, the cam and kit lens are not in the package. Also, the lens has been Refurbished whereas i'm expecting a new one. When is the cam and kit lens arriving and can the refurbished lens be changed to a new one?

I was concerned with a large purchase such as this (Note 7) and it seemed like the delivery time would take for ever. On top of this the battery fire recall occurred with Note 7s in my country so I was worried about what I would get. The Becextech support staff replied to all my messages, assured me my order was in progress and then that their stock was not part of the recall. In the end I received my phone super quick (quicker than their best estimate) and it is as described, new, genuine product, ready for setup in NZ, works on the networks here, no problems. I would recommend Becextech.

Was skeptical about ordering from becextech but here I am writing this review on my s7. The phone was delivered a day earlier than expected which made up for the fact that I also ordered a case for the phone which didn't come with it.

Fantastic - would not hesitate to use them again!

I purchased a top-end phone, and checked in the Conditions box before purchase that it was not in an open box or was a refurbished phone. It arrived in a box that had been opened, and the shipping statement/invoice with it from Hong Kong described the phone as Refurbished. I contacted Jeff at Becextech, who assured me twice is was a new phone but could offer no proof, and in the end said go get it checked by Samsung if I want to. Jeff said they open every box to check the phone is working before sending it. Really??? I find that a bit difficult to swallow, and I ask BecexTech to confirm that is what they do with every phone sold. If so it should be said in their online material. And is it normal for a new phone to have the battery at 40% charge? The phone is working OK so far (had it a week), but until BecexTech can provide me with something a bit more concrete than Jeff saying it was new and they open every box, I would not risk another purchase or advise anyone to take the risk. Trouble free experience and very happy with my purchase. Easy to order online, delivered within a week and everything exactly as ordered and expected. Good communications throughout the process made the overall experience very good and will definitely use Becex Tech again.

Great service, fast reply, great!

This has been by far the worst purchase I have ever made online. It took almost a month to confirm the order and the communication was terrible. On top of that, Becextech couldn't even get the order right as they missed out on shipping the extra items that were suppose to come with the phone. Please send the rest of my order so I can be done with you people. Epic Fail Becextech.
