I was nervous at first, about buying a phone I hadn't seen in shops from company if never heard of. Online reviews helped me trust them. I'm so glad I did! I now have an awesome, high spec phone for the same price as what is junk in the big name stores. I would gladly recommend Becextech to friends, etc. I'm so happy that there's now an option to avoid the ridiculous mark up us poor kiwies usually have no choice about! I really like my phone and was impressed with the info I received like tracking numbers, etc. I got the phone quickly. I wasn't sure which colour I wad getting as the description said white, but the photo was black...my only feedback is that perhaps Becextech could be very accurate with their descriptions. Thanks

I am very impressed with Becextech. I read the reviews before ordering though they exceeded my expectations. I ordered a Canon 70-200mm on the Thursday, and received it the following Wednesday. I loved that I could track it's progress every step of the way. Packaging of this lens was exceptional & thorough. I will definitely be using them again and I highly recommend Becextech to anyone that wants amazing service, great competitive prices and super fast shipment. I can't fault them

Shopping on the BecexTech website was simple, prices were consistent with competitors, and shipping was efficient. I also mistakenly ordered a camera without a bundle instead of a camera with a bundle (same price). Becextech expedited the bundle package to me at no charge. Items were all in excellent condition and there were no problems with my order

I would not recommend this company as I have had the worse service that one could possible expect. My phone was under warranty and I sent it back to the company they told me too. I now have my phone back and yes they didn't fix it. I WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN AND NOR WILL MY FAMILY AND FRIENDS....A F**KIN JOKE!!!!

Recently purchased a Nikon product from these fine people.. It is a lens for a DSLR. I had an issue and sent an email to them. Within a very short period of time i received a response and was able to resolve my issue quickly... It's refreshing in todays world to receive great customer service. Something that has eluded so many providers of goods and services this day and age. I will definitely be using and recommending Becextech in the future.

I have bought from Becextech before. Helpful & timely email response to purchasing queries, then quick turnaround to sales completion and delivery. At first the different shipping and insurance options can be a bit tricky but the total prices end up being very competitive! Would most certainly buy from this retailer again.

A really great experience.***** I asked lots of questions and those questions were always answered within 24 hours. I also received photos of verification from them. What more can you ask for. Product was indeed the product I wanted and it arrived in a little over a week. This was the second time I have purchased from this company and I will not hesitate to purchase from them again. Bought a Note 7 from them. All was fine until the recall. They said their stock was not being recalled as it was from a 'good' source. Then Samsung delivered a patch to my Note 7 limiting the battery to 60% because my IMEI was confirmed as part of the 'not good' stock. Samsung NZ are not responding to my request for a replacement or refund. Becextech.co.nz continue to refer me to Samsung NZ. So I'm stuck with a crippled phone, no support and no means of replacing this fire hazard. Do not buy from Becextech.

Ordered an S7, The whole credit card thing of blocking the purchase amount, applying a small debit of 18 cents and then getting the customer to email to confirm the transaction and amount is a bit tedious. If you don't see the original request to reply the whole order stays on hold as pending, luckily we saw it straight away and confirmed. I know this is done under the guise of security but surely there must be a better way. Once processing we requested an update on the order and a reply was given a day later giving a date of delivery around 20 October which worried us. Arrived yesterday so basically 5 working days from order which is excellent pity that info couldn't have been relayed in the emailed ETD. Ordered new and did come with an invoice saying refurbished however phone was genuine and in a Samsung sticker sealed box. Had an international charger and an NZ adapter with the phone which is a bit annoying but ultimately hundreds of dollars cheaper than buying retail so worth the compromise. Would consider using again.

asWas trying to buy a Samsung Galaxy 7 from them and used my overseas VISA card with the billing address that goes with it. The item had to be delivered to a New Zealand address. That raised a huge security flag. After blocking the full purchase amount on my card, they've charged another NZD 0.19 and sent me an email asking to name the amount they've charged me. What is it? A quest? I had to email back from a non free email - like coy, edu or government. What if I don't have one? Can't I buy a phone now? Had to cancel my order, which is another problem - no real phone to call, just forms online to fill in and days to wait for their response. The most unpleasant online shopping experience I've ever had.

Shipping incredibly slow. We've ordered multiple handsets from Becextech, all drop-shipped from suppliers in Korea and took close to a month for delivery. We had to return one as it was faulty, but are yet to hear what the result of this will be. Better to purchase from Ebay.

Ordered on the 31st August Charge appeared on my bank account on the 1st of September Another small charge also appeared on my bank account on the 1st. Apparently this was to detect fraud but I didn't find that out until I emailed them on the 6th of September asking when they were going to send out the device by which time they'd had my money for at least five days but were still sitting doing nothing. The extra charge is the only fraudulent activity taking place here. It's only a small charge but if they're doing it to every CC then it will build up to quite a significant sum over time and it's nothing but theft. After that it took until the 19th to actually send the device. It was sent from China and arrived on my doorstep in good condition on the 26th. Which is actually quite good timing on that it's just a pity it took so long to get the delivery even started.

Very happy with my experience here and would recommend to others.

A pleasure to deal with. All emails answered by promptly. It took a while to process but the actual shipping was quick. From order to delivery was 12 days.
