Had to wait for ages to be 'approved' as a purchaser. Email saying this was filtered as junk, so I was forced to contact you to get a update on the long delivery time.

There was no issue with buying the product or anything of that sort. BUT. After placing my order, a few days later I was informed that the product was out of stock.. WHY COULD I BUY IT IF IT WAS OUT OF STOCK?! Fine, that's okay, I was then offered to pay more for the next version up of the phone or to get a refund, I choose to get a refund.... I did not get a refund. instead a few days later I was informed that stock was back in and even though you said you'd refund me I was getting shipped my item. I was not informed that if the product came back in stock you'd still send it, nor was I told any sort of date in regards to when said stock might come back.. so from my understanding, based on what you had told me, the order was to be canceled and I was to be refunded but that did not happen at all. Nothing has been fully explained to me over the emails exchanged which doesn't help. This to me has been very frustrating experience with more than likely no way for the situation to become good in my eyes.

I was a bit sceptical about purchasing from this site initially but after reading the positive reviews decided I'd take the risk. I'm very glad I did! My phone arrived 8 days after my purchase in perfect condition. I received a great price and i was regularly kept up to date with the progress of my order! I won't hesitate to purchase from BecexTech again in the future!

I purchased a Sony Xperia mobile phone on the 30th March 2016. The phone I ordered was not in stock so they supplied a different model after asking if that would be ok. The phone was dispatched on 5th April and arrived shortly after. After a couple weeks using the phone my service provider advised I had run out of data. I have never done that before so I was investigating as to why. I noticed an exclamation mark beside the wifi indicator which I found indicated the wifi was not connected to my home network. I emailed Becextech and was advised to return the phone to Multifix in Auckland. After a month I made enquiries as to what had happened to my phone and some time later I received a reply saying there was nothing wrong with the phone and I had to pay $65.00 to have it returned to me. Reluctantly as I knew there was a fault I paid the money as the only way to get my phone back. When the phone arrived back it was still faulty. I had already checked with my other familys wifi systems and the phone wouldnt connect to any of them either. If I made a manual wifi connection it would work but that is not the way the phone is supposed to work. To cut a long story short the phone has been back and forth to Multifix many times now over the last nearly 12 months. In November I received a email from Sam at Multifix. He said he was very sorry about what has been happening and to return the phone back to him and he would replace the main board. Thank goodness someone to help. However this did not work as I couldnt connect with any service. I tried Spark and Vodafone. Both said the phone was faulty as they could not get it to connect either. Sam said that was not good enough and to return the phone again and he would make sure it was replaced. So thats what I did. Guess what still no phone. Since December I have been emailing / phoning Sam and getting all sorts of replies as to why they havent sent me a replacement phone of the same standard as the Sony Xperia I purchased. He has offered me a $100.00 phone of some sort which I have declined. I purchased a $400.00 phone and I want one of equal value that actually works. I BELIEVE THE SERVICE I HAVE BEEN RECEIVING IS EXTREMELY POOR AND WELL BELOW THE STANDARD I HAVE EVER RECEIVED BEFORE. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY. I STILL DO NOT HAVE A PHONE AFTER NEARLY 12 MONTHS. I AM DISCUSSED WITH THIS COMPANY. GIL DUDLEY NZ

Gold Standard online shopping experience. They have a good range of products, well set out. Ordering was easy and small queries were answered quickly and accurately. I've bought from them three separate times and have been very happy with the service.

NEVER ever buy from this supplier. I bought Samsung Galaxy S4 and within few months phone was dead and after contact several times finally they replaced with new one. But after 6 month the replacement phone also stopped working. When I contacted them they simply said warranty period is over and they do not take any responsibility. ************ PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS SUPPLIER ************************

I've purchased three DSLRs from them, all have been as advertised. I find their organization to be all they claim to be. All that many professionals have claimed them to be. I've never had a negative experience in my business dealings with them. The staff is highly professional and very helpful to prospective buyers with questions or concerns. I have recommended them to my photographer friends and acquaintances and will continue to do so.

This was my first time buying from Becextech and I purchased two items. Unfortunately, both had to be returned due to unforeseen personal events. First, shopping at Becextech was easy, and my items arrived faster than expected. Great job! Next, I dealt with Handy with my returns at which he explained the POM process patiently. He was pleasant, professional and thorough. He made it simple and easy. A nice place to do business!

Sadly this company uses Bait advertising to project a lower price and then adds on the fat with over the top shipping. This company charges 5 times the shipping of other suppliers on the same item. $49.95 to ship a parcel from Auckland is a rip off. I can get an airfare cheaper than that.
