The time that the phone was in the processing stage was 8 or 9 days which in my view is too long. The response to my follow up was good and the phone being sent overnight fast post was appreciated.

Delivery took 12 Days. The Enhancement case and Screen protector are missing from the order. I will only purchase again if they have something that I wish to purchase.

Battery charger was not suitable for use. Had to purchase an additional one. Would like to see you advise your supplier to make sure paid purchases are completely fit for purpose as per advertising.

I was pleased to receive the phone ahead of the expected date but the protective cover purchased at this time was not included. When fired up the phone defaulted to an Asian language I could not understand so did not recognize the first screen as the language selection screen. The phone eventually locked up and it took several hours for me to sort it out.
