I had an urgent order for a new phone because I was leaving the country for a month. The team were really responsive to queries and updates. My order was initially held up because of some verification procedure with was a bit frustrating. But they managed to get the phone to me within a few days of the order being processed - well before I left the country - which was really awesome.

Good but didn't realise the phone was coming from Hong Kong adding delivery delays and also if there is a warranty issue I would have to send it to Hong Kong

Order for Samsung Folder 2 arrived today. This is a backup flip phone for the one I have already purchased from BecexTech earlier in the year. As earlier in the year I without hesitation recommend the service provided by this company. The smartphone flip phone is an excellent piece of hardware especially for someone who works outside & finds it easier to use than a tablet type phone.

Hi Becex, I have just received my purchase from you. An New Olympus OM-D E-M10 MK III (14-42 EZ). While the camera arrived the other optional items I purchased did not except the SD card. The following are *Enhancement : 1M Tripod + NZ$54.00 *Enhancement : Camera Case + NZ$42.00 *Enhancement : Extra Battery + NZ$36.00 *Enhancement : Screen Protector + NZ$12.00 All of which I have already paid for. My order number was #1019880 to a grand total of NZ$1,416.95. Therefore I am still awaiting NZ$144.00 worth of items to arrive. I would appreciate a speedy reply to get this issue sorted. I havnt even turnt it on yet but I can tell you this is the best phone I will have ever purchased. The cameras are seriously life changing and the only camera in my eyes that does justice, the speakers are sooo loud and sooo clear and soooo good and bassy cant frikken wait to use it, iv had a htc 820 desire & a htc m8 & they were awesome as iv always dreamnt of having a m9 & thanks to the team at becextech Its come true ;)

Was offered a rooted European version of the handset, or a Verizon version. I didn't really want a rooted version, but when it arrived it turned out to have been reset to device official status anyway. :-)

Everything was perfect exepct one important thing. There was an option to order a screenprotector with the phone. I thoug it was litte bit more expensive than I would buy it from another website but it was okey to me because I was going to keep my phone in safe. And then I didnt get the item. They told me it was because their sent the two product two different time. That didn't make any senceto me.

Had great customer service while purchasing the mobile phones. Very quick replies to e-mails and they were happy to arrange requests. Have shopped with BecexTech previously and have had the same great service each time.

The time that the phone was in the processing stage was 8 or 9 days which in my view is too long. The response to my follow up was good and the phone being sent overnight fast post was appreciated.
