This was my first purchase and delivery was super fast from HKG. The price was really good ($1000) and the item is genuine. I am very happy. interestingly though they have just increased the price of the item by 40% ($400) and more than the so called retail price by $150! So this is either an auto algorithm issue or you have to check the site frequently to ensure you get the best deal. Will definitely use again when an item I see is at a competitive price. So it pays to be patient and price alert when using this site

Great prices, great delivery and great product

Product ordered 24th Feb. perhaps misleading, the banner said leaving the store 3-7 working days so I assumed (obviously wrongly) it would arrive within that timeframe. It’s now 9 th March and still no computer! For my business every day is a working day! Why would I wait 13 days for a product when I have fouqqr retail outlets within 15 minutes of my address with the product in stock! other than to get a better price - not that there is much saving on Apple products anyway. So I am miffed at the time this has taken as I have a ton of work that has accumulated neednessly because of this super slow delivery . How much longer???

The product description failed to mention which one of the Sony mounts the lens was supposed to be for. It ended up being the wrong one, so I messaged to return it. BecexTech saw no fault whatsoever on their part, even though it took more than five emails to find out which mount this lens was supposed to be for. They clearly don't even know what they're selling. Now they are charging me a 25% 'restocking fee'. 150$ just to return a lens that's been out of the box for no more than a minute. They did graciously offer me to reduce the restocking fee to 20%, plus I have to pay for shipping. Worst online shop I have ever come across, I will never order here again and be a lot more cautious about where I order from in the future. Lesson learned.

BecexTech questioned my credit card initially. I appreciate their effort to thwart theft on the one hand, but not the rig-a-ma-role I had to go through to get it approved. Following card approval, the order was promptly processed, tracked and delivered. When I initially placed the order I was asked to fill out a survey form on "How well we are doing?". I did not fill out the form because I had no idea "How well they were doing", and that may have prompted the Credit Card check . . . I don't know.

Purchased a Note8 dual sim, Feb 2018. The product was packaged well, looks genuine and arrived just over a week from purchase. I was surprised with their fraud-checking process whereby they charge an additional few cents on your credit card and you have to tell them what it was to confirm - first time I encountered this. I mean, I made purchases of higher amounts using my credit card in the past and no such checking. Your order will not be processed until you confirm the additional charge. Considering the lag before this transaction appears on your online statement, you won't have a choice but to ring your bank to speed up the process. BecexTech is very responsive to email communication - I got a response to my queries within the day. I can't comment on after-sales experience though and hope I don't have to go through that.

Great website and purchase but thought email to say parcel was on its way would have been great as it just arrived but email said processing....otherwise excellent....

It was not bad but I had to wait days and days for my credit card to be verified even though the money for the purchase had already been taken out..
