My order was dispatched promptly and i was able to track its progress each step of the way. Delivered to my door and on time. Packaging of my new camera was 1st class. Very pleased. A friend had recommended this co to me.

I bought Samsung Galaxy S4 from this store and had worst online buying experience ever. This store pretends to be as NZ store, but they don't have NZ physical location or contact number. Only have fax number with Auckland address. First they have mentioned that credit card validation needs to be done and waiting for 3-4 days for that, after that order was dispatched and it took more than 10 days to receive. Phone received but it is completely piece of garbage, even was not switched on. Once I informed them they asked me to Hard-reset the phone, but I insist of getting new one and then they asked me to wait while check from warehouse. After that they asked me to courier that to them but shipping cost has to be paid by myself. After 10-12 days later and 20 -30 emails they sent me new phone.

Slow delivery and hard to tell if you get an import or a legit phone. Either way the products work and the prices are insanely cheap. Good communication too.

BAD BAD SERVICE! Worst online transaction I've ever done. Even with so-called Priority Delivery, it took a month before I had my items. They also told me about the smallish deduction made to my account for me to verify, and when I complained they stated that it will be okay if I'd sent an email from a company email. The items were shipped from Hong Kong, and the "free item" has still not arrived. In numerous emails I asked them whether they are a New Zealand company which they refused to answer. Do not deal with these guys as it is the most horrible service I've ever experienced. Imagine that, an online order took a month to be delivered. BAD BAD SERVICE!

Ordered Canon 70d with 18-55mm lens. Added extra battery, 64gb gig sd card. Order was fulfilled promptly and I was kept informed as to its status. Delivery was very quick and the goods arrived in good order and well packed. Ive checked and tested all components and everything is performing as advertised. Price of the goods was competitive however shipping costs a little high, though the prompt delivery and standard of packing offset that somewhat.

After comparing and shopping around for a camera, I found that Becextech had the best understanding system and prices on the internet. Had a few security issues but that made me feel safe as they wouldn't let any scammers through. All in all, I will definately be shopping again and recommend to friends. By the way, the camera is everything I hoped it would be and hubby is very happy. Thank you

They were not able to identify my bank deposit and I waited 8 work day in vain. Money back worked but took 6 working days.

The website is extremely detailed and the service was outstanding. I really love how accessories are available for me to look at as I buy each item. The prices are extremely reasonable! I will never shop locally and pay outrageous prices for camera equipment again!

I had a great experience with BecexTech! My purchase was shipped straight away and I received it within 2 working days! The camera was very carefully packaged! I didn't receive an invoice with my product but once I emailed customer support they were happy to email me one and help with any other enquiries i might have. Overall a great experience!

After I completed my order I was promptly emailed with an expected delivery date for my item. As the day of my delivery grew closer, I was emailed a Fed-Ex tracking number and was able to trace the journey. The item arrived in its packaging still shrink wrapped and had that new computer smell when it was taken out of the box. [name removed] was very helpful when answering my questions and I rate the overall customer experience very highly compared to other online stores I have shopped with. All emails were answered on the same business day.
