They had a good name and active on the forums so I went ahead and purchased a new phone which was very reasonably priced compared to rrp. I'm very satisfied with the service provided as my product arrived in under a week. Would recommend to family & friends.

I have bought quite a few and some very expensive items from them over the years. They have absolutely the very best customer service anywhere. I've never had a shipping issue, nor a product issue. Pricing is often as low as anywhere on the web and I have never not ordered from them over price...If they are higher, its only a couple of dollars and never a deal breaker.

I ordered my first camera on Friday morning and got a confirmation e-mail 3 days later, with a tracking number. I was super-nervous, ordering such an expensive item from an unknown store, even though I had checked out about a million reviews. Early on Tuesday morning, I checked the tracking number and found that my camera was in Perth, three hours drive away! it took the couriers till past 11 am on Tuesday morning to get it to me, but given how slow anything is in Australia, I am super-impressed. My camera was well packed, exactly as described. I will absolutely order from Becextech again, and am happily recommending you to others. Thankyou so much for such a professional and friendly service.

I have bought from Becextech several times and am yet to have a problem using them, they provide a trustworthy prompt service always. The item you purchase is sent as it is described on the website. Shipping is fast to Australia and usually order was delivered around 3 - 5 working days or so. The last time I bought a mobile phone on the Wednesday afternoon & it was delivered on the next Monday morning.

BE AWARE OF WHAT YOU ARE BUYING HERE: I purchased "New and Unused" iPhone 5c. Note when it arrived the home button was not straight nor working and the screen was not snug in the case. Turns out the products are returns - they state as products returned within 14 days - but I'm picking faulty stock etc. When it came to returning they tried to get us to take a replacement (but as we wanted new and unused for real - chose not to) Their Returns Policy says you can return within 14 days - beware of the restocking fee (about 10%). Long and short their website is misleading and the experience may be a stressful one. I'm going to avoid these people in future.

My order was dispatched promptly and i was able to track its progress each step of the way. Delivered to my door and on time. Packaging of my new camera was 1st class. Very pleased. A friend had recommended this co to me.

I bought Samsung Galaxy S4 from this store and had worst online buying experience ever. This store pretends to be as NZ store, but they don't have NZ physical location or contact number. Only have fax number with Auckland address. First they have mentioned that credit card validation needs to be done and waiting for 3-4 days for that, after that order was dispatched and it took more than 10 days to receive. Phone received but it is completely piece of garbage, even was not switched on. Once I informed them they asked me to Hard-reset the phone, but I insist of getting new one and then they asked me to wait while check from warehouse. After that they asked me to courier that to them but shipping cost has to be paid by myself. After 10-12 days later and 20 -30 emails they sent me new phone.

Slow delivery and hard to tell if you get an import or a legit phone. Either way the products work and the prices are insanely cheap. Good communication too.

Becextech were great to deal with. Order was received very quickly and as expected. What was most impressive were the staff on hand to deal with queries and the fast responses. Very pleased with overall experience and the quality of the product. They will be my first choice for continued patronage without a doubt.

Very Impressed. The price was intensely reasonable, beating everyone else's on the internet that I could find and compare to. The description of the product was very well laid out also. Finally, the Galaxy S5 was shipped out faster than expected. Immediately. Very pleased indeed

Very Happy although It was a little slow to ship but that's fine. It was good value and phone is great. Becextech was good and kept me up to date on the status of the shipping. It arrived well packaged and in good condition. Good stuff. I will be happily to recommend them

BAD BAD SERVICE! Worst online transaction I've ever done. Even with so-called Priority Delivery, it took a month before I had my items. They also told me about the smallish deduction made to my account for me to verify, and when I complained they stated that it will be okay if I'd sent an email from a company email. The items were shipped from Hong Kong, and the "free item" has still not arrived. In numerous emails I asked them whether they are a New Zealand company which they refused to answer. Do not deal with these guys as it is the most horrible service I've ever experienced. Imagine that, an online order took a month to be delivered. BAD BAD SERVICE!

Ordered Canon 70d with 18-55mm lens. Added extra battery, 64gb gig sd card. Order was fulfilled promptly and I was kept informed as to its status. Delivery was very quick and the goods arrived in good order and well packed. Ive checked and tested all components and everything is performing as advertised. Price of the goods was competitive however shipping costs a little high, though the prompt delivery and standard of packing offset that somewhat.

After comparing and shopping around for a camera, I found that Becextech had the best understanding system and prices on the internet. Had a few security issues but that made me feel safe as they wouldn't let any scammers through. All in all, I will definately be shopping again and recommend to friends. By the way, the camera is everything I hoped it would be and hubby is very happy. Thank you

They were not able to identify my bank deposit and I waited 8 work day in vain. Money back worked but took 6 working days.
