Great purchasing experience! I'm always so nervous when buying big things online like this but the communication was excellent and the product arrived only a few days after I ordered it, which I was amazed by as I was expecting a couple of weeks. The only point I subtracted was because the memory card I'd ordered at the same time was delivered separately. Which is fine, but I didn't know this was going to happen so I thought it was missing! Overall, a great site and I would definitely buy from here again. Thanks :)

Much better than my first purchase. Perfect communication, very helpful as I chose wrong payment type. Phone arrived within 5 days and it's beautiful.

Overall it was a good experience, now that know I need to confirm credit card details. That said the email requesting this went to spam so took a few days for me to realise what had happened. probably not your fault but it did mean the presents arrived late, but still very well received.

The purchase was quite a pain as even after paying and verifying the payment I was still asked for weird things like to e-mail them with a work e-mail. After that hassle though, the product arrived extremely fast (especially considering it is so close to Christmas), and everything else is great. I'd purchase from here again--if I don't have to go through that whole buying process again.

Very bad company to deal with and they rip you off with terms and conditions, do not buy from this company. You cannot contact them except via email or fax and when they do they don't actual answer your questions and muck you round. Also if you are in NZ beware as they send you travel adaptors and do not warn you properly about this then say you need to look at terms and conditions which is rediculous

Hello, As per the attached invoice I have ordered and PAID for two phones. Today I have received only one the iPhone 6s. I still have to receive the second iPhone 5s. Purchased: Samsung S5 (Ordered 21 Nov, Delivered 1 Dec) + Quick delivery, prompt reply(Thank you, Handy and Eva for replying all my Qs!) and package was indeed well wrapped with bubble wrap. Price is way cheaper than some shops. - Didn't receive email that is was already shipped until hours later. When I emailed them regarding my order, they said it was supposed to be shipped on 5th and delivered on the 8th or 11th instead. (Thankful for the tracking number) All in all, very contented with my purchase. Thank you for the great service, BecexTech. Will definitely purchase from you again! :)

I've had some bad experiences buying online, but I am very happy with Becex. Handi, Erwin and the other guys gave me best personal service when I bought my first mobile from them a couple of years ago, so I was naturally coming back to them to buy my latest phone from them. What stands out with these people is friendly and excellent service, best price and fast delivery. Very pleased to recommend these people and I am sure I will be buying more from them. The best! I read numerous reviews about this company before deciding to purchase. I decided to roll the dice and purchased a camera lens 7 days ago and have received it already. I was kept informed all the way through the process and notified as soon as the item was dispatched. I am pleasantly surprised by how well this all. Lens came packaged nicely and in bubble wrap for extra protection. The site is a pleasure to use, will be back.

I was very happy with the service from Becextech with my purchase. Before I purchased the phone I emailed the team there and told them that I had to have this within two weeks. As soon as my purchase cleared ie Credit card I had the phone within the week. Customer service was honest and courteous Buying with Becextech the price was significantly lower than the price that eventually came out for the phone. The speed of the shipping was quick but not outrageously so. The phone looks good and looks brand new so a relief there. It appears to work great and there have been no problems with it thus far . How would i rate them....Excellent will i use them again
