after a week that I sent a message because the Iphone 5c that I bought was not working I still not have a replacement or an idea of what I have to do. There is not a phone number that I can call very very poor service!!!!

Becechtexh service was fine but DHL delivery is a joke!! The never call and don't respect mesage to them (leave at receprion). I live in apartme building, don't have time to be standing outside for a couple of days 24/7 to wait for thise useless pseudo-couriers!!!! I'm totally dissapointed by them.

I brought a Nikon D5500 with 2 lenses and after reading the reviews i decided to buy and was not disappointed. They first checked that it was not fraud with my credit card which is nice to see, and the product arrived a week after i purchased it. The camera came well wrapped in bubble wrap and was packaged well. The price was a massive saving considering shops are selling this product for 600 dollars more than i paid. Would recommend this company to anyone who is thinking about making a purchase.

Great purchasing experience! I'm always so nervous when buying big things online like this but the communication was excellent and the product arrived only a few days after I ordered it, which I was amazed by as I was expecting a couple of weeks. The only point I subtracted was because the memory card I'd ordered at the same time was delivered separately. Which is fine, but I didn't know this was going to happen so I thought it was missing! Overall, a great site and I would definitely buy from here again. Thanks :)

Much better than my first purchase. Perfect communication, very helpful as I chose wrong payment type. Phone arrived within 5 days and it's beautiful.

Overall it was a good experience, now that know I need to confirm credit card details. That said the email requesting this went to spam so took a few days for me to realise what had happened. probably not your fault but it did mean the presents arrived late, but still very well received.

The purchase was quite a pain as even after paying and verifying the payment I was still asked for weird things like to e-mail them with a work e-mail. After that hassle though, the product arrived extremely fast (especially considering it is so close to Christmas), and everything else is great. I'd purchase from here again--if I don't have to go through that whole buying process again.

Very bad company to deal with and they rip you off with terms and conditions, do not buy from this company. You cannot contact them except via email or fax and when they do they don't actual answer your questions and muck you round. Also if you are in NZ beware as they send you travel adaptors and do not warn you properly about this then say you need to look at terms and conditions which is rediculous
