I have just received my Samsung Galaxy phone. The transaction went very smoothly and took 7 working days as promised. All communication was speedy and to the point. Although I have only had the phone a few days, I am very pleased with the service. I used this firm about 4 years ago and this time there was a big improvement all round.

Hassle free deal. Delivery took the full 10 days but goods arrived in excellent condition. My missus and I are both happy with our new phones

The whole experience of using BecexTech has been frustrating, slow and completely unacceptable. 1. Firstly the verification process was bazar this is the first time I have ever had to contact my bank and quote an amount back to a company to purchase a product that I am paying for in advance. I was told that my purchase was, and I quote, “a suspicious transactions”. I queried this in a number of emails. A received no explanation telling me what was “suspicious”. You also took money from my account for this verification process, can I have it back now, please! I gave you my card details this was a debit card the money comes straight out of my account, proving that I can pay for the product. You took the money at the same time as the verification process, therefore again proving who I am and that you would get your money. 2. You took the money for the product out of my bank account twice! At the same time as the verification process, I have got this money back now after emailing twice to notify BecexTech. Not what I would call the best customer service especially when BecexTech do not have a helpline phone number. This meant that the funds were out of my bank account for a number of days, I think it was a total of six days. Luckily this bank account did not go into the red during this time, but I did have to move funds from a savings account into it. 3. Still no sign of the product! I ordered the product, a phone on the 10th of March 2016, it is 1st April today and it still has not arrived. To compare I ordered a new fridge freezer from a different on Line Company on Monday 28th and it arrived this morning that is 4 days. 4. I live in a part of the world where we need to purchase products via the internet all the time, why would I ever use BecexTech again, when there are thousands of online shops available? I will be writing reviews to blogs and shopping review pages with the above. I am wholly dissatisfied with BecexTech. You need to pay me back the money taken out of my account for the verification process. Get yourselves a helpline. Mr A Hill

Processing took awhile but delivery was super fast! Had a few problems in the past with delivery on other sites and thought I lost faith in post but you guys restored that. Thanks!

There was no information about the add ons to the product (what kind of case, screen protector, car charger etc), just the price, nor the fact that they were being sent separately and also took quite a few weeks later to arrive. When emailing them to ask questions about what has happened to the add-ons, they were not very clear on the answers...

I was very happy about the fact that I have bought this phone at a cheap price, compared to offline stores (I believe.) The delivery was quicker than expected which i am very grateful for.

I initially had trouble completing the purchase, due to a computer glitch, but the team was helpful in resolving this. After advising the order was being processed, there was a longish delay before receiving confirmation of shipment; and I was pleasantly surprised the goods arrived the following day!
