Very streamlined, fast and easy purchase, very happy with the price, product and service. A notification of the second item not being in stock and shipped later would have been good, I had thought it had been forgotten initially until I emailed to ask. Apart from that an excellent buying experience overall - thank you!

Easy to order and such a smooth process.

Very fast shipping, mine arrived in 1 week. I knew Becex would open the package and reseal to unlock the phone but there was no such (or couldn't find) description so it would be better if there was a more clear info on that. I've added screen protector, and they have put it on for me and it's perfect with no bubble, no scratch. Adding NZ travel adaptor was very thoughtful. Overall I give them 10/10!

The delivery was just the iPad. Am I receiving the cover and screen protector separately? Power supply would be better NOT getting adapters just the plug for NZ on the power supply

You said it was going to take 3-10 days but it came quite quickly. It did come set-up in Chinese which is a little tricky to change. Also the English style plug with adapter isn't quite as good, but none of the shops could match your price so I guess you have to put up with a couple of things. Overall pretty good.

I rated Delivery as ok because I have had a few issues with receiving the goods - my original Order was March 2 and it is now 26 April and I will receive the goods tomorrow. Granted this was not entirely the fault of BecexTech as I understand the issue was with Customs NZ. Service I have rated as OK simply because of the difficulty I had with contacting someone in regards to the above issue. I feel like to improve Becetex should have a contact phone number that you can call rather than having to log a ticket and wait for a reply. Granted I found that a reply was fairly quick (sometimes a delay of 1 day but that could be sue to the time difference as I am in NZ) and the customer services person was quite helpful. All up I had a mediocre experience but I understand that there were some extenuating circumstances beyond their control. I also feel like BecexTech should look at their refunding system and where they could improve (at one point I had to pay for the same goods twice and wait for my refund which took a couple days which is not really ideal). I would still purchase from BecexTech in future.

Was originally uncertain having never purchased a mob online before but was very pleased as the process unfolded.The tracking and delivery was excellent although I didn't realise that the item was coming from Hong Kong nor did I realise that the language would be in Chinese. Some info and help on what to expect would have been useful.

I note that the 15cents that was apparently charged to my visa without my consent to check, so you said, has not been refunded. I also note that the case I ordered and paid for has not been delivered and the payment for the case has not been refunded. After my experience which is well documented in email to you makes this last matter just what I'd expect.

I recently bought a Panasonic Lumix LX100 camera from BecexTech N.Z. The service and email contact was first class. The delivery takes a little while, as they don't hold the stock in N.Z., and in my case, the camera came from Hong Kong. I was quite happy to wait, and was aware at the time of purchase that it could take 10 - 15 business days (from memory). The camera arrived quicker than that, and I was pleased to get it in approx 7 business days. The camera came well packed. Everything was included. The box had a seal on it, to ensure you were getting the original, authentic product. I am very, very pleased with the LX100. The picture quality is excellent. I couldn't wish for more. The camera is very well made, and is 'solid'. It is a professional grade camera. You can use it as an 'auto' point and shoot, but it has such excellent and easy to use functions, that it seems a crime not to use it as it was really designed to operate. Over all I am very happy with my trade experience with BecexTech, and the camera I bought. I would happily make further purchases through them. Grant R.

Zero stars. Worst experience in my life and I want to warn everyone to not sell anything from them. Fake iPhones, and the service was extremely bad. Received not working iPhone 6. After 2 times sending it back and missing it in total 5 months, we finally got a replacement iPhone 6, which was fake and broken within weeks. They say 100% warranty, however I got only 77% of my money back

Was good just, product was out of stock for some time

very poor service, they change online price and put it up after i purchased the product, and when i paid new price it took so long for about 20 days to send it to me. they did not give me the free case they told me to send with the product and send me the wrong product i did asked for white phone and they sent me black.

New Canon lens purchased, however the enclosed packing slip indicates that the lens was refurbished. Is it new, or it it refurbished? Unsure at this stage whether or not I have been ripped off.

Although i have yet to receive my full order what i have received arrived in excellent condition and on time with excellent support and feedback.
