I ordered the camera on 5 May. It arrived on 25 May. In between I had to give Becex an alternative email address and correspond with them and DHL couriers about a tax import bill which DHL seem to have sent to me in error. Becex didn't pass the camera to DHL until 10 May in Hong Kong. It had cleared customs in Auckland by 12 May, but DHL didn't send their invoice until 19 May. The invoice was for $125.24, about half of which were DHL fees for sending the invoice. Initially Becex told me to ignore it. After further email exchanges (all quite prompt) they agreed they would settle with DHL. Becex's invoice to DHL described it as a refurbished camera valued at $378, whereas Becex's invoice to me showed the price I paid, $494, with no mention of refurbishment. It appears that the camera is new and not refurbished. From that experience it seems Becex need to make better arrangements with DHL, or find an alternative courier and make it clear when goods are being shipped from Hong Kong, rather than from a local store.

To be 100% honest, I was very disappointed because of the delay. It took about a month to be delivered. But all my inquiries were answered quite fast, which is alright. However, answers were not quite informative. It'd be great, if answers were more informative and reassuring. Nonetheless, I appreciate the BecexTech NZ support team's services. Thank you guys.

Product works great and is exactly as was described in the product description, very happy with it! Even though it was an "Open-Box" deal the product was still in excellent condition and, while I've only had it for a couple of days, there have been no problems at all. Thanks very much!

Very streamlined, fast and easy purchase, very happy with the price, product and service. A notification of the second item not being in stock and shipped later would have been good, I had thought it had been forgotten initially until I emailed to ask. Apart from that an excellent buying experience overall - thank you!

Very fast shipping, mine arrived in 1 week. I knew Becex would open the package and reseal to unlock the phone but there was no such (or couldn't find) description so it would be better if there was a more clear info on that. I've added screen protector, and they have put it on for me and it's perfect with no bubble, no scratch. Adding NZ travel adaptor was very thoughtful. Overall I give them 10/10!

The delivery was just the iPad. Am I receiving the cover and screen protector separately? Power supply would be better NOT getting adapters just the plug for NZ on the power supply

You said it was going to take 3-10 days but it came quite quickly. It did come set-up in Chinese which is a little tricky to change. Also the English style plug with adapter isn't quite as good, but none of the shops could match your price so I guess you have to put up with a couple of things. Overall pretty good.

I rated Delivery as ok because I have had a few issues with receiving the goods - my original Order was March 2 and it is now 26 April and I will receive the goods tomorrow. Granted this was not entirely the fault of BecexTech as I understand the issue was with Customs NZ. Service I have rated as OK simply because of the difficulty I had with contacting someone in regards to the above issue. I feel like to improve Becetex should have a contact phone number that you can call rather than having to log a ticket and wait for a reply. Granted I found that a reply was fairly quick (sometimes a delay of 1 day but that could be sue to the time difference as I am in NZ) and the customer services person was quite helpful. All up I had a mediocre experience but I understand that there were some extenuating circumstances beyond their control. I also feel like BecexTech should look at their refunding system and where they could improve (at one point I had to pay for the same goods twice and wait for my refund which took a couple days which is not really ideal). I would still purchase from BecexTech in future.
