Beware!

They refused to repair my phone and then were ordered to refund me at the Disputes Tribunal. That was 2020 and they still haven't paid. The office is permanently empty, no phone number, and all their staff are in Hong Kong. They blamed me for purchasing the phone and repeatedly said "That's all there is to it." They offered me 3% of the refund (so generous!) and wanted to charge me a fee for it. Awful service and illegal activity. Just Google their name and see all the people they've ripped off. You have been warned!

NEVER ever buy from this supplier. I bought Samsung Galaxy S4 and within few months phone was dead and after contact several times finally they replaced with new one. But after 6 month the replacement phone also stopped working. When I contacted them they simply said warranty period is over and they do not take any responsibility. ************ PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS SUPPLIER ************************

Sadly this company uses Bait advertising to project a lower price and then adds on the fat with over the top shipping. This company charges 5 times the shipping of other suppliers on the same item. $49.95 to ship a parcel from Auckland is a rip off. I can get an airfare cheaper than that.

Bought a Note 7 from them. All was fine until the recall. They said their stock was not being recalled as it was from a 'good' source. Then Samsung delivered a patch to my Note 7 limiting the battery to 60% because my IMEI was confirmed as part of the 'not good' stock. Samsung NZ are not responding to my request for a replacement or refund. Becextech.co.nz continue to refer me to Samsung NZ. So I'm stuck with a crippled phone, no support and no means of replacing this fire hazard. Do not buy from Becextech.

Ordered an S7, The whole credit card thing of blocking the purchase amount, applying a small debit of 18 cents and then getting the customer to email to confirm the transaction and amount is a bit tedious. If you don't see the original request to reply the whole order stays on hold as pending, luckily we saw it straight away and confirmed. I know this is done under the guise of security but surely there must be a better way. Once processing we requested an update on the order and a reply was given a day later giving a date of delivery around 20 October which worried us. Arrived yesterday so basically 5 working days from order which is excellent pity that info couldn't have been relayed in the emailed ETD. Ordered new and did come with an invoice saying refurbished however phone was genuine and in a Samsung sticker sealed box. Had an international charger and an NZ adapter with the phone which is a bit annoying but ultimately hundreds of dollars cheaper than buying retail so worth the compromise. Would consider using again.

asWas trying to buy a Samsung Galaxy 7 from them and used my overseas VISA card with the billing address that goes with it. The item had to be delivered to a New Zealand address. That raised a huge security flag. After blocking the full purchase amount on my card, they've charged another NZD 0.19 and sent me an email asking to name the amount they've charged me. What is it? A quest? I had to email back from a non free email - like coy, edu or government. What if I don't have one? Can't I buy a phone now? Had to cancel my order, which is another problem - no real phone to call, just forms online to fill in and days to wait for their response. The most unpleasant online shopping experience I've ever had.

Zero stars. Worst experience in my life and I want to warn everyone to not sell anything from them. Fake iPhones, and the service was extremely bad. Received not working iPhone 6. After 2 times sending it back and missing it in total 5 months, we finally got a replacement iPhone 6, which was fake and broken within weeks. They say 100% warranty, however I got only 77% of my money back

I've had some bad experiences buying online, but I am very happy with Becex. Handi, Erwin and the other guys gave me best personal service when I bought my first mobile from them a couple of years ago, so I was naturally coming back to them to buy my latest phone from them. What stands out with these people is friendly and excellent service, best price and fast delivery. Very pleased to recommend these people and I am sure I will be buying more from them. The best! I read numerous reviews about this company before deciding to purchase. I decided to roll the dice and purchased a camera lens 7 days ago and have received it already. I was kept informed all the way through the process and notified as soon as the item was dispatched. I am pleasantly surprised by how well this all. Lens came packaged nicely and in bubble wrap for extra protection. The site is a pleasure to use, will be back.

I was very happy with the service from Becextech with my purchase. Before I purchased the phone I emailed the team there and told them that I had to have this within two weeks. As soon as my purchase cleared ie Credit card I had the phone within the week. Customer service was honest and courteous Buying with Becextech the price was significantly lower than the price that eventually came out for the phone. The speed of the shipping was quick but not outrageously so. The phone looks good and looks brand new so a relief there. It appears to work great and there have been no problems with it thus far . How would i rate them....Excellent will i use them again

They had a good name and active on the forums so I went ahead and purchased a new phone which was very reasonably priced compared to rrp. I'm very satisfied with the service provided as my product arrived in under a week. Would recommend to family & friends.

I have bought quite a few and some very expensive items from them over the years. They have absolutely the very best customer service anywhere. I've never had a shipping issue, nor a product issue. Pricing is often as low as anywhere on the web and I have never not ordered from them over price...If they are higher, its only a couple of dollars and never a deal breaker.

I ordered my first camera on Friday morning and got a confirmation e-mail 3 days later, with a tracking number. I was super-nervous, ordering such an expensive item from an unknown store, even though I had checked out about a million reviews. Early on Tuesday morning, I checked the tracking number and found that my camera was in Perth, three hours drive away! it took the couriers till past 11 am on Tuesday morning to get it to me, but given how slow anything is in Australia, I am super-impressed. My camera was well packed, exactly as described. I will absolutely order from Becextech again, and am happily recommending you to others. Thankyou so much for such a professional and friendly service.

I have bought from Becextech several times and am yet to have a problem using them, they provide a trustworthy prompt service always. The item you purchase is sent as it is described on the website. Shipping is fast to Australia and usually order was delivered around 3 - 5 working days or so. The last time I bought a mobile phone on the Wednesday afternoon & it was delivered on the next Monday morning.

BE AWARE OF WHAT YOU ARE BUYING HERE: I purchased "New and Unused" iPhone 5c. Note when it arrived the home button was not straight nor working and the screen was not snug in the case. Turns out the products are returns - they state as products returned within 14 days - but I'm picking faulty stock etc. When it came to returning they tried to get us to take a replacement (but as we wanted new and unused for real - chose not to) Their Returns Policy says you can return within 14 days - beware of the restocking fee (about 10%). Long and short their website is misleading and the experience may be a stressful one. I'm going to avoid these people in future.
