Great campaign over a number of different very realistic world war one battles, from Gallipoli, the skies over London, France, the Alps, etc.. The multiplayer games are varied from the familiar large scale conquest and smaller scale team deathmatch, to newer modes such as the very large scale war...

i gave the game to my son this morning as a birthday gift and it did not work. i have ordered games before and they have always worked. just not this time.

I have no regrets getting this title. It has all the action you can handle with plenty of game modes and fantastic graphics and sound. I personally recommend playing in Hard Core mode which adds an added layer of realism to the whole experience.

Overall, Battlefield 1 is a great game, with a good campaign and decent multiplayer options. It was refreshing to play a video game that wasn't entirely from the American perspective (also taking into consideration that American participation in WWI was just over a year...

Remember when the games market was saturated with World War 2 shooters? Well, could we be headed towards an era in which World War 1 could be the popular choice for first person shooters?

Battlefield 1 takes a huge risk in abandoning it's more modern/future setting for a step back to World War 1. With the likes of COD IW and Titanfall 2 soon upon us, it's good to see Battlefield take a big risk…but does it pay off?
