B&O continues its run of well-designed headphones with the H8i and H9i, and for the most part, the audio is up to par. The volume issue with the H8i is a big sticking point for me, especially when you consider how steep the investment is there.
Poor quality sound, also comes with soft case. Not worth the money. Purchase another brand.
Love my new headphones. I tried a few before I bought these. Definitely the best in terms if sound quality, noise reduction and comfort. Highly recommended! The only downside is that they don't come with a hard case so had to buy one online
I wanted to get a pair of well made, durable headphones, so I chose these -purchased them at discount. The sound is very good, noise cancelling is acceptable, and the bluetooth is easy to connect. The battery lasts as long as they say it does. No problems speaking on the telephone.
Poor quality sound for the price, don't purchase. Also only comes with soft case. Don't purchase H8! For for Bose or other brand.
I was looking for a set of noise cancelling headphones for ages, and kept coming back to the 2 usual suspects, Bose QC35ii and Sony 1000XM2's. I didn't like the sound quality from the Bose (it was just completely boring, flat even), and the Sony have the well documented hinge issue.
I love these. It was easy to connect. Very comfortable, not hot or heavy. Sound great. Very happy. Had a set of Nuraphones, but they hurt my ears. The B&O are much lighter. The bass isn't as stong, but OK for my taste. I would reccomend these.
Sound great; Very comfortable; Easy connection

The B&O Beoplay H8i headphones are a pair of wireless Bluetooth-connected, active noise cancelling cans. They offer a combination of high-quality audio with premium design and build materials. As you'd imagine, they're expensive. But you get what you pay for.
Excellent sound quality; Brilliant noise cancelling; Light and compact; Huge battery life
Headband could be more padded; Auto-pause can be too sensitive and annoying; Expensive
In a very unfair comparison, I am comparing them with my four year old Bose cans, which are the only other headphones I have with active noise cancellation. B&O wins hands-down. Appearance - black, understated. My daughter doesn't like them because they aren't Beats.
