Very responsive staff! Something happened along the way and they switched the tracking number. I never got the 2nd tracking number from Walmart. Emailed them and they emailed me with the new tracking number. The next day as promised.

I have had the R70x for about six months now, so definitely past the honeymoon period (audiophile wise). That is the primary reason for holding off on a review until now. It is very easy to get excited over a new product and write a gushing review; been guilty of that myself.
I 100% agree with the first reviewer. Very similar experience. I have been using these for around 6 months and couldn't be happier. Sound amazing and very comfortable and light weight. Plenty loud enough plugged straight into my MBox Pro. No amp needed.
I don't normally do reviews but these were just so stunning that I just had to. These are my first pair of open back headphones. I was using the Audio Technica M50x's which were really good but these take mixing and production to a whole knew level.
The headphones sound good. I'm a big fan of the sound. very spacious, detailed, and open. They are very enjoyable to listen to. The winged headband fitment design looks freaking weird, but actually makes a lot of sense.
These headphones have great frequency response, even in the low end. I was kind of suspect about them being openback at first but they are shockingly quiet in that regard. If you mix like I do and want some great headphones to use when switching between them and your studio monitors for cross...
Absolutely the best sounding affordable reference headphone. Pair these with a Tascam UH-7000 and you have paid $700 for a $50,000 sound experience. If you are thinking about spending $500 - $1000 for headphone, then save yourself time and money and get these for $350 as there is nothing better...
Reference quality sound. Extremely comfortable for extending listening sessions. Smartly designed connectors that have no "L" & "R"
No fancy box; and the build quality and overall aesthetic/design is average and unimpressive.
We take a look at the latest from one of our fave headphone manufacturers – it's our review of the amazing Audio Technica's ATH-R70x's
