Audio-Technica's ATH M50 headphones have been a popular studio workhorse since their introduction. Lightweight and comfortable enough for prolonged use, offering useful levels of isolation from external sound, and competitively priced, they tick all the important boxes.
Great sound, voice and instrument are very clear (monitor). Bass not too much, enough for my liking. Comfort is top notch for me. Wore it for couple of hours did not hurt my ears at all.
