"Good for the first week"

The high price should get me a decent noise cancelling headphones, and it did…for one week of limited and very careful use. Then the noise cancelling part of the device started cutting out randomly (the light would go out), and it would make the podcast I was listening to stop when it did.

Great for the price

I bought this primarily for long flights and the sound-cancelling works pretty well. The sound isn't exceptional but it's nonetheless very good for the the price.

Mic Snags On Your Collar

I have been using these headphones with my iPhone 6S, and the noise cancelled feature works OK. The issue is the design of the mic -- it snags on my jacket and collar when I turn my head because the edges are squared, not rounded. It snags so much that the ear piece will come off my left ear.

Audio Technica ATH-ANC33iS

Active noise cancellation works fairly well; Great for flights with airplane adapter bundled

A bit too warm; Detail and precision could've been better; No hardcase

Good isolation but cable noise is an issue

They work and sound well Well balanced sound with good noise isolation, however if you are moving in any way you get really bad cable noise.

Not for rugged users

The sound quality is quite top notch and its good. But if you are a rugged user these things are not meant for you. Mine broke in under a year and the sound cancelling bar is placed at a very bad place and is in the middle. Otherwise these are good as they provide a very nice sound quality.

I bought a pair of these before a trip to Hawaii. I tested them at home and they seemed pretty good, suppressing most low frequency hums, fridge, dishwasher, etc as well as some TV noise. I tested them on a bus ride and they kept the growly diesel en..
