A great game. It is not an epic story like in a Final Fantasy game, but is still interesting and more funny-like. It is not a linear rpg, many roads and ends are possible. While slow paced, the game details are amazing. There are just so much to do. If you are a fan of the Atelier series, play it. If you are not, give it a shot!

It's longer than Rorona and it's a lot of fun. In a world of radidly decreasing game legnth, this one offers real vaule for money. Some of the changes from Rorona take some getting used too. Everything now takes time, from combat to gathering.

Over the last few years or so I've come to realize how bored I am of the constant "epic" atmosphere that the majority of RPGs tend to attempt constantly. What I've slowly learned about myself as an RPGamer is the satisfaction that comes from a million little successes.

A treat for fans and the perfect place for newcomers to start with the Atelier series.

Atelier Totori: The Adventurer of Arland is unique. It is a follow-up to an already good game with issues. Though it makes a couple of changes, they mean little in the grander scheme.

Its very good Japanese style RPG, most of fans will enjoy it, very nice voice acting, lots of fun in conversations and graphically good. You will need 20 hours+ to finish this game, side-bosses and additional quests are fun, buy it and you will enjoy it.

Growing Up the Hard Way

The Atelier series has been around for some time, but it only recently debuted on the PlayStation 3 with Atelier Rorona: The Alchemist of Arland . The adventures of the lead character, Rorona, tie directly into this sequel, Atelier Totori: The Adventurer of Arland .

The Atelier series is loved by many and I think those very fans will be really pleased with NISA and Gust's efforts in this latest adventure.
