While slow paced, the game details are amazing. There are just so much to do. If you are a fan of the Atelier series, play it. If you are not, give it a shot!

Atelier Totori: The Adventurer of Arland is unique. It is a follow-up to an already good game with issues. Though it makes a couple of changes, they mean little in the grander scheme.
The Atelier series has been around for some time, but it only recently debuted on the PlayStation 3 with Atelier Rorona: The Alchemist of Arland . The adventures of the lead character, Rorona, tie directly into this sequel, Atelier Totori: The Adventurer of Arland .

It's longer than Rorona and it's a lot of fun. In a world of radidly decreasing game legnth, this one offers real vaule for money. Some of the changes from Rorona take some getting used too. Everything now takes time, from combat to gathering.
Atelier Totori is the latest game in Gust's Atelier series of games to be released in english and the sequel to last years Atelier Rorona. The game take place after the first game in the series and features Totori, a student of Rorona's as the main character.
Decent gameplay; good replayability
The time limit is weird and puts no real pressure on the player
The Atelier series is loved by many and I think those very fans will be really pleased with NISA and Gust's efforts in this latest adventure.

Over the last few years or so I've come to realize how bored I am of the constant "epic" atmosphere that the majority of RPGs tend to attempt constantly. What I've slowly learned about myself as an RPGamer is the satisfaction that comes from a million little successes.
