There was much noise made over the past couple of months over ASUS' latest smartphone device, the ASUS Zenfone 2. It is the Taiwanese tech company's latest foray into the smartphone business, and boasts a variety of features that are great to have.

Asus launched its Zenfone 2 (ZE551ML) series with 4GB of RAM in India in April starting at Rs. 19999. The Zenfone 2 is the successor of last year's Zenfone 5 and Zenfone 6 smartphones, which were a huge success for the company.
Pros:
- 4GB of RAM and powerful 64-bit SoC offers good performance
- Good gaming performance
- 32GB of internal storage with expansion slot

Cons:
- Large bezels, poor choice of materials, and too large of a body
- So much plastic! Heavy, hard to work with one hand
- Capacitive buttons are not illuminated
- Comes with a ton of redundant apps that are a chore to get rid of
