Disappointed that PB Tech gave me the wrong advice and answers to my questions about this truly awful laptop. Goldfish hold more memory than this does. Dare to open more than two web pages and a WORD document at the same time, not with this machine! I have yet to see the purpose of it as it neither functions as a laptop nor a anything else for that matter other than as a paper weight when I have the ranch slider open. Not using PB again if this is their level of service and quality of their product.
