Here goes. So I've always been a Dell monitor user. Ever since I bought my first editing monitor (the amazing U2412M), I've stuck with them. Dell monitors have always had the best colour accuracy in my opinion.
Excellent monitor brilliant for gaming. One of the best out there
the monitor does EVERYTHING that you want it to do. Except that there's one problem. the color range I have asus monitors, and i've replaced my main monitor for gaming and I have 2 alternate 247h monitors that have WAY better color than this display.
Pros: 144Hz and G-sync allows for smooth gameplay with 0 screen tearing regardless of fluctuations in fps. Monitor's height is adjustable and can be titled. The gaming overlays, specifically the crosshairs are pretty useful.
This monitor is an insane upgrade from anything short of 180hz, The difference is worth it even as an upgrade from 144hz. Highly recommend to all gamers.
In this review we'll be taking a quick look at the Asus ROG Swift PG248Q 24" Gaming Monitor. This monitor is designed for the gamers who want seamless visuals and super-smooth gameplay. It features a 24-inch
ROG Branded 24″ monitor; Full HD 1080p panel – 1920×1080 resolution; Overclockable refresh rate up to 180Hz; 1 ms response time; Contrast Ratio (Max) : 1000:1; Nvidia's G-SYNC support; 3D vision ready

gsync works great, no tearing, no extreme banding issues, slight light bleed above 120hz but nothing as noticeable as overclock mode to 180hz... i stick to 144hz everything is pretty sharp and clear.
I would recommend this for the price I had gotten it for which was $280. I've had no technical issues with it. It comes with a displayport 1.4 cable and everything you need.
Does go up to 180hz
- Picture quality is a bugger to get right and even then it still will never look as good as my
If you're picking up a monitor for competitive gaming, you'll want the display to be sharp and fast. The Asus ROG Swift PG248Q ($379) succeeds on both of these fronts, delivering quick response times and a speedy 180Hz refresh rate within a crisp 1080p display.
Highly adjustable; G-Sync support; Easy to navigate
Expensive for 1080p; No speakers
