Good Router, No Modem

Got this today. This is a high end router. It has got a lot of capability, far beyond my original purpose for buying it. -aicloud -DDNS -Printer server -Connect a separate USB drive -VPN It's also fairly easy to use, just a little fiddly depending on what you're doing.

WORST ROUTER EVER!`

This $250 JOKE I bought thinking my internet would work better made me wish I had rolled a big doobie with hundreds and smoked it...at least I would have had SOME pleasure. POS router drops the internet 30 times a day. says your connected, but your not....Has a 'just kidding' mode.
Pros:
  • It's black. It's a good paperweight you can use the antenna to poke people You can joke about how you blew $250 on a POS that drops the internet more than Net Neutrality. Your kids will be safe
  • because their internet WILL NOT WORK
Cons:
  • It SUCKS as a router ASUS SUCKS Asus support sucks The router does NOT rout NO internet will be broadcast from this POS

High performance for a good price

I was replacing an older Linksys Wireless-N router and the biggest issue I had was range and stability. The Asus RT-AC68U has been solid for about a week now. I am most impressed with the range.

Awesome router. I'm using mine on the fibre network and it was easy to set up. More features on it than you will ever need. Excellent wireless range. Ideal for bigger homes with lots of devices.
