Gorgeous graphics. This game took all of the great elements of Prince of Persia and Splinter Cell, and made it into one great masterpiece. A lot of repetition in this game, but it was still fun to do over and over again. No multiplayer, but hey, does every game need to have multiplayer
This is a one-weekend experience.
The next generation of open-city gameplay! Some of the best animations out there; Gorgeous graphics and starts out very exciting and fun
Becomes very repetitive and the story depends too much on there being a sequel
I've played Assassin's Creed at my friend's house (since I'm not allowed to at home) and I must say, I was impressed. The entire world seemed realistic, there were high up points that you could get to that make it seem worth the three minute climb, and the five seconds of falling is the best part.
Here is a world so real, that you can actually feel the sweat trickling over the contours of your face, feel the heat rising as you fly around narrow alleys, brandishing your sword. The Assassin's Creed is set in 1191 AD, when the Holy Land was being ramped by the Third Crusade.
This game is very good and the idea is awsome. Assasin.... yeh gd aint it! So much potential. This is really good and certainly you will enjoy this but after a while jumping off roofs and balancing on beams hundreds of feet up however good it sounds does get a tad boring and therefore thats why this...
Assassin's Creed is a game that should at least be tasted by any gamer. The sheer attention to detail that has gone in the game, both in plot, visuals and audio makes your experience in the game a memorable one.
Astonishing cities and character detail; Great fighting sequences; Interesting plot and storyline
Combat system takes getting used to; Some clipping issues and drawing issues; Dumb guards let you get away with anything
exellent game awsome graphics, but very reppetative game play and none to difficult to complete but well woth a go exelent rental material looking forward to the next one coming out
Hmmm. It looked so good in promo movies shown a year ago, even though you could spot some horrible tearing as the camera swivelled and a few other glitches as well. Ah whatever, the animation was so damn good and the intense fighting action looked to be well done too, Assassin's Creed promised to be...
Altair's animation and free running agility is a joy to watch; Remarkably detailed realisation of Holy Land locations; You can get truly medieval on enemies with some brutally realistic moves; Busy; heaving; well-populated cities; Occasionally provides great atmosphere and sweeping vistas; Plenty to...
Some tearing and the odd glitch; Being an assassin is not as varied as it should be; Not enough stealth; Missions become samey after a while; The animus plot "twist" in the game is underdeveloped and frankly; crap
