Do you like the Warriors series? Did you wish Bladestorm was better? This is what you've been looking for. Fun combat, decent story, flattering graphics and massive battles. Worth the impulse buy.

Artwork is beautiful; Great story throughout
Repetitive combat; Camera angles can be off-putting; Combat on horseback is very awkward
It's time for some revisionist history. Quick, can you name the realm of Persia that was constantly involved in a civil war during the Crusades? I don't actually expect that to be on the tip of the tongue of many people, except for maybe fans of the manga series, The Heroic Legend of Arslan by...

Engaging story; Cel-shading works great
Typical Musou gameplay; A lot of information gets lost in the shuffle
Good times.
Not living up to the legend. Yet another example of a game becoming a genre, Arslan: Warriors of Legend is not so much a hack-and-slash game as it is a Dynasty Warriors game. Living in that shadow is hard enough, but even without the daunting legacy of a beloved series, Arslan has trouble standing...
Awesome game. About 25 hrs long. Big surprise, wasn't expecting it to be this good.
