The boss fights really ruined this game for me with that armor BS, SMFH. This is still a good game but you're better off playing Dragon Quest Heroes, Dynasty Warriors 8 Xtreme Legends complete edition or Samurai Warriors 4 II

Do you like the Warriors series? Did you wish Bladestorm was better? This is what you've been looking for. Fun combat, decent story, flattering graphics and massive battles. Worth the impulse buy.
Couldn't play for more than a few hours before I became completely bored stiff. Fun for the first hour or so though.
Good times.
Over all i enjoyed the story for the game. The biggest let down was that it's an unfinished story and the game is rather short. The graphics for the time it game out are about average. The game is actually very fun and for Most of the time though you feel that your in nothing but a tutorial.
Witch and wardrobe not pictured.
Artwork is beautiful; Great story throughout
Repetitive combat; Camera angles can be off-putting; Combat on horseback is very awkward
Does a Warriors -style game need an exhaustive story mode? I never thought so, but Arslan: The Warriors of Legend has a difference of opinion. That difference leads to a game that often forgets it's a game.
Over the years, there have been a few applications of the Warriors engine and design to other ideas, like Hyrule Warriors and Warriors: Legends of Troy . I haven't played Hyrule Warriors and I wasn't a huge fan of Warriors: Legends of Troy long-term, as the story was weak.

Buy Arslan: The Warriors of Legend As far as licensed material goes, Musou games have had the same trajectory as the main titles and their respective spin-offs. The Dynasty Warriors: Gundam trilogy gave core fans a universe to play in, but the affair felt rather limited.
