The Apple Watch Series 7 is an excellent smartwatch. It’s not the massive upgrade some were hoping for — but it doesn’t necessarily need to be. The larger display is nice, and I appreciate the efforts Apple is making to improve on charging.

Apple Watch Series 7 models will begin arriving to customers and launch in stores this Friday, October 15, and ahead of time, reviews have now been shared by media outlets and YouTube channels.

Maybe we’re suckers for a design change, but the Apple Watch Series 7’s new screen leaves the Apple Watch SE eating dust, and the fast charging makes it a better smartwatch to live with. It’s a small change that won’t entice many upgrades from the Series 5/6.
