I am 64 years old and I have been falling every once in a while. I feel better knowing I can get help if I cant get up. They have encouraged me to start walking to get healthier. I can track everything on it. I love the health app.

Apple Watch Series 4 GPS + Cellular, 40mm Aluminum Case
This is by far the best Apple Watch yet. If you have been contemplating buying one, now is the time. The screen has adequate realistate. Has a very good display and chocked full of useful features. The ECG feature works pretty good. The health apps are nice. Overall a very nice watch.

Worthy upgrade
I owned the Apple Watch series 3, and the series 4 is a lot snappier, and just overall better. The design change was much needed- it's a beautiful little timepiece and I highly recommend opting for the pricier stainless steel option as it's way more scratch resistant (and looks really nice as well).

Not as good for fitness as a fitbit
In terms of fitness this watch lacks what the Fitbit charge HR 2 can provide, in order to display simple fitness data you need to purchase additional apps to work with the watch. The watch also has to be charged on a daily basis, yet a Fitbit can last 3-4 days.
