A broken Watch: This Apple Watch reporting isn't even right twice a day

aThe Macalope is sure there are kinds of reporting that Business Insider is good at. He's drawing a complete blank on what they might be, but they probably exist. Right Farm production reporting Cat up a tree Dog bites man

Apple Watch Gaming: Will it Live Up to Expectation

As the mobile market continues to evolve, the latest innovations by companies such as Apple have given rise to the iWatch . Although early reports suggest the first incarnation of Apple's Smartwatch might not live up to expectations (especially the top model priced at more than £6,500/$10,000), tech...

Apple Watch review

It's hard to pin down a specific thing that makes the Apple Watch special, but having worn one for almost two weeks now, it's become an important, valuable part of my everyday life. In some ways it's the ultimate gadget.

A really lovely; classy device - more so than any rival; Already a number of very useful and clever apps and deluge hasn't even begun; Enhances your gadget life in subtle but significant ways

A day of battery isn't ideal and precludes sleep tracking; Not as instantly intuitive as other Apple devices

First Look: Mophie Apple Watch dock

Everything we know about the Apple Watch suggests a nightly charge will be needed to keep the data flowing on Apple's newest platform. And while most of us usually leave our watch lying on the bedside table, Mophie's charging dock for the Apple Watch puts the Apple Watch on a pedestal.

At this point, it is clear that virtually all of the major mobile device manufacturers are laser focused on the wearables market. While one could argue that the war for the wrist began a couple of years ago, most of the smartwatches that have shipped thus far have served only a small niche.

Eye-catching; high-quality design; Works seamlessly with iPhone; Enables you to stop looking at your phone so much; Great third-party app support thus far

Fitness sensors are only tuned for cardio; Not waterproof; No charging stand included; Modest battery life

Apple Watch

We're expecting there to be a decent accessory market for Apple Watch. As previously mentioned, we think most Apple Watch users will want to look into getting a stand at the very least. Various types of screen and body protectors have already been announced, as well.

Very nice overall design that's easy and enjoyable to wear; Customizable look and software; Ambitious; Bright, vibrant screen; Often makes notifications (and subsequent responses) quicker and easier; Message dictation is very accurate.

Limited nature compared to iOS devices will make device feel like unnecessary toy to some; Users might find price too high when compared to other wearables; Requires Bluetooth connection to iPhone for most features.

Review of smartwatches Apple Watch

Many expect from Apple, the company, unlike its competitors, could invent scenarios for smart watches, which will be different from all that has been on the market. Explain what exactly these are good watch. This did not happen.

Review: Apple Watch is beautiful, but rough around the edges

Interestingly, when people saw us with the watch, they would exclaim, "Oh, you got the watch!" Not the Apple Watch, the iWatch, or some other variation, just "the watch." Then, nine times out of ten, people would follow up with the question, "what do you find useful about it

New; intuitive technologies for interaction; Hardware design with great band options; Notifications and good built-in apps; Apple Pay integration

Sluggish third party apps; Clunky Apple Watch iPhone app; Passbook not as useful as on iPhone; Siri needs improvement; audio feedback; No third party clock faces; Apple Watch

Apple Watch - One Month In

"I will not have sex with anyone who wears an Apple Watch," read a headline published on Gawker , shortly after wearable's pricing was confirmed. "Nine reasons only a tool would buy the Apple Watch," was another, found on The Guardian .

Fantastic fitness tracker; Comfortable to wear; no irritation from strap; Oozing with potential

Long load times on third party apps; Steep learning curve; Expensive
