Not sure if it was used as a DEMO laptop or DEMO frisbee before I purchased. I e-mailed the webs sales department before purchasing, to ask if there would be any scratches/ marks and what colour it would be. They confirmed there may be marks/ scratches from handling in store etc and the colour was SPACE GREY. I ordered thinking the condition would be good, maybe a few scratches here and there I could deal with. I received and the colour is SILVER for starters, and there's dings, marks, scratches, dents, all around the edges... my 2012 macbook pro is still in better condition. Will be perusing a refund/ exchange!

I purchased this Macbook as my first ever apple computer product, with budget and performance for DAW software in mind. I could not be happier! Besides one minor scratch on the keyboard's lower left corner (you'd miss it if you weren't looking for it), the entire laptop is as-new, handles my software well, and has great battery life. Based on my personal experience, I'd highly recommend a refurbished model like this one.
