It is a good laptop for simple use.

We brought this laptop to replace a 12 year old Lenovo that wasn't feasible to upgrade to Win10. The setup and logon process was really slick. Cloud email & OneDrive makes it so simple to move to a new laptop now :-) Mum set the track pad to the least sensitive setting to make it more to her liking, and is now very happy with it. Battery life is incredible - 8 hours use, no problem.
