I needed a larger monitor as for me larger is better. I had previously purchased an Acer and the quality was excellent. For this reason, I purchased another Acer and it is fantastic. I love the size, color and clarity. The price was great also!

It's amazing how little you need to spend to get a good-quality monitor these days, and the Acer K272HUL is a prime example. Squeezing in a 27in, 2,560 x 1,440 panel for less than £400 is quite a feat.
The $450 Acer K272HUL offers a 2560x1440 resolution, a 27-inch panel and decent image quality;not bad for the price.
Inexpensive; Plenty of video inputs; Gamma 2.2 out of the box; Bright backlight
Unimpressive gamut out-of-the-box; Best color accuracy achieved at low brightness settings; Stand and bezel feel cheap

The Acer K272HUL is one of the cheaper 27-inch 2,560x1,440 IPS panel displays we've reviewed. With the monitor's relatively low price comes a fairly short feature list. There's no height adjustment, no swivel and the monitor isn't particularly attractive to look at; a shiny black bezel and a...
A TOP BRAND MONITOR THAT DELIVERS EVERYTHING IT BOASTS,CRYSTAL CLEAR DISPLAY,EXCELLENT WHEN PLAYING GAMES OR FILMS IN HD
None; Cheaply made poor quality
The only problem i have with this monitor is that there is no option to adjust the sharpness! I have 2 LGs and I can adjust the sharpness but not on this Acer!
Slightly larger than the screen it replaced, the increase in size makes it easier to read. Big enough for two documents side by side, or a full set of visual studio. Very pleased.
Love the crystal clear image it produces. It works great with my computer and was at a great price.
Absolutely huge monitor. Before this I've been purchasing 1440x900 monitors for about ?£5 each at carboot sales (have 3), all of which actually working and worth near a ?£100 each but moving onto this puts to shame my old 19" monitors.
