Good value for money
I'd been using a bog standard 23" 60hz IPS and I wanted a decent fairly future proof screen. The whole thing feels really solid and well made, Nothing feels loose and all the buttons click nicely.

I don't think I could be much happier with this monitor. The colours on the monitor are great for it not being an IPS display - BUT they aren't great right out of the box. The default settings are disgusting and the brightness is high enough you may mistake the monitor for the centre of our solar...
Pros:
- + 144Hz refresh rate AND quad HD
- + good stand
- + excellent FreeSync range (30Hz-144Hz
- + good colour with some adjustments
- + solid on-screen display/menu
- easy to navigate and buttons are easy to press and subtly located on the bottom of the panel
- not visible from the front
- + better value than...
Cons:
- - very expensive, of course
- but that's to be expected when you purchase something that's well beyond the majority of the market (most people are 1080P 60Hz, and just dabbling in 1080P 144 or 1440P 60)

Excellent Gaming monitor
I bought this monitor after spending a lot of time reading reviews, While many buyers had issues with dead pixels i didn't find any. Also, many people turned away from this monitor because its a TN panel and not IPS.
Pros:
- 144hz refresh Freesync 1440p Multiple inputs USB 3 hub Price
Cons:
- Color out of the box is flat
- Needs tuning to get good color reproduction Built in speakers are poor (but what built in speakers aren't

Amazing monitor. The colours are vibrant and picture is very sharp. It provides a very immersive gaming experience. My only complaint is that it has fairly poor viewing angles, but that doesn't effect me as i'm always looking direct at it.

I am completely disappointed with this monitor. I got it because of the black friday deal that was on it but even with the deal it is still not worth the $349.99. I literally plugged it in and was disappointed within the first 5 mins.

Review: AOC Agon AG271QX 27in display
AOC announced its new Agon brand a few months ago, to differentiate its gaming panels, but back then it was a simple re-branding of already existing displays. The AG271QX, however, is the first new Agon monitor, and it's a pretty solid mission statement of what AOC is trying to achieve.

AOC AGON AG271QX Adaptive-Sync Gaming Monitor Review
The AOC AGON AG271QX is a capable gaming monitor. It's not as full on in terms of focus and features as the ASUS ROG SWIFT PG248Q , but this is still a screen aimed primarily at a specific use, rather than a multi-purpose display that is also good for games.
Pros:
- 144Hz refresh rate
- Adaptive-Sync support
- Quick Switch external OSD control keypad
- Comprehensive connectivity including USB 3.0 hub
- Game presets plus three custom options
- 2,560 x 1,440 resolution
Cons:
- Mid-range price gives tough competition
- No presets for movie- or work-oriented activities

AOC AGON AG271QX review
There's an ever-increasing number of gaming monitors on the market today and AOC's new AGON line of monitors is another to add to the list. The AG271QX TN is the first we've seen from the range, and with its aggressive red-and-black design, it certainly looks the part.
Pros:
- Impressive resolution and refresh rate at its price point
- Low perceived input lag
- Build quality and design
Cons:
- Washed-out colours
- Overshoot ghosting with Overdrive enabled
- Viewing angles
