Very pleased; upgraded from an old Android. Iphone appears to be new. Easy, fast, full-featured, and completely satisfied with the activation and import of my gmail contacts. The screen is small, but I knew that going in, and it fits nicely in my pocket.
In playback, the iPhone SE (2020) delivers a good overall performance, with precise attack, few artifacts, and well-balanced midrange and treble frequencies. Curiously enough, as with the iPhone 11 and 11 Pro Max, the stereo channels are inverted when audio is played back through the Music app in...
Good dynamics performance with precise attack; Few artifacts overall; Well-balanced midrange and treble; Good maximum and minimum volume performance; Excellent timbre performance; Artifacts almost absent; even at high SPL; Good envelope and; signal-to-noise ratio; in every app; Consistency in each,...
Inverted stereo in landscape orientation (Music app); Tonal balance lacks bass response; Slight lack of low- and high-end extension; Pumping can occur on vocal content; and a slow automatic gain control is perceivable at high SPL
The iPhone SE is a really smart phone (no pun intended) as it doesn’t have all the flashy specs and lacks the pizzaz of Android phones at this price but is still a better phone than competition. Why? Simply because no other phone will give you this level of performance in this price segment.
I tried a couple of cheaper fones to see if smart would work with my being restricted to use of only my right hand though dominant experiment filed but now one is expected to read and respond to mails instantly I just had to get into 21st century.
Bought one where to the children. Super easy operating system that they understand without the hug's hugs, hassles and billions of setup options. Good with limitations like parent to set, from surf to purchase in apps and downloads. Good format for children with small fingers.
Don't write it off just because it's smaller and looks like the iPhone 5, but be prepared to admit you may have outgrown the dated 4″ screen since Apple introduced larger displays.
Some things are just better bigger. Televisions, hotel rooms, border walls (supposedly), paychecks, wine glasses, hands, and one or two other things I won't mention that come up very quickly when you Google "bigger is better." Oh, and phones.
You can't beat the hand-feel of a smaller phone; The SE's battery life is shockingly great; There's plenty of power, plenty of camera inside this body
Some website and app designs are leaving small screens behind; The SE is no movie screen, and it's sure not VR friendly; Your selfies will look worse, and your touches will be less 3D
It's a tiny powerhouse of a smartphone
A13 Bionic processor is extremely powerful; Camera improvements over the iPhone SE (2016) and iPhone 8 are significant; $599 price tag is great
Looks exactly like the iPhone 8; No Night mode; Comparable Android smartphones are much better in some ways
This phone did everything I needed it to do for the first 6 weeks of use. Then all the sudden it just became so glitchy that now I can't even use it. I have tried turning it off and back on several times all to no avail. Now I'm stuck with it as the warranty is only for a month...what a waste.
