Zone of the Enders HD Collection is finally out and I have to say it is a stellar collection that fans of the franchise should check out. Hideo Kojima's masterpiece has been upgraded with great HD graphics and new opening cinematics that makes the game seem brand new.

The number of compilations to hit the gaming market has expanded exponentially over the last several years. Everyone from EA to Ubisoft has taken to revisiting their catalogs in order to release collections from some of their most popular series, such as Mass Effect and Assassin's Creed .

Barring the technical issues with the frame rate, this is still an excellent conversion that presents both games in an excellent format. In HD, both Zone Of The Enders games look fantastic, and it's great to see such cult classics in a new light.

When the original Zone of the Enders was released on PS2, many people referred to it as the " Metal Gear Solid 2 demo with the free game." Fortunately, while that was the primary reason I picked it up, ZOE ended up being a surprisingly quality game.
