Yamaha TW-E7B Review

Yamaha's TW-E7B noise-cancelling true wireless earphones ($279.95) cost more than many of our favorite premium models, so we had high expectations for them. On the plus side, the earbuds deliver powerful bass tones and strong clarity in the highs. They also come with a refined app that features an adjustable EQ. But their active noise cancellation (ANC) mode just doesn’t cut it—the Apple AirPods Pro ($249.99) and the Bose QuietComfort Earbuds II ($299.99) handily outclass them in this regard.An Attractive Design With Physical Controls Available in black, dark blue, gold, or white, the TW-E7B earpieces feature a speckled patina and the Yamaha tuning forks logo. The most unique design aspect is a circular segment below the panels, but its function seems mostly aesthetic. Despite their bulk, the earpieces fit securely and don't feel heavy.
