In its opening scene, Watch Dogs refers to hackers as modern-day magicians. That's a good analogy for the bag of powerful but mostly scripted tricks we get to use as we run amok in this huge and impressively detailed map of Chicago .

Ubisoft really blew our minds when they showcased Watch Dogs for the first time. It happened during E3 2012, when the publisher unveiled its new IP in a gloriously well-polished gameplay video.

Mission variety; great level design; exciting tasks to complete and generally those are the features that keep you going

The story and characters probably won't keep you going; because they feel forced and bland; AI is buggy; not the unique and groundbreaking ride we were promised

Watch_Dogs is something of a divisive game within the GamingExcellence offices. Senior Editor Andrew Sztein has been rather agog over the game since it was first announced and was rather fond of the experience in his recent preview . A few others on staff, notably myself, were far more skeptical.

Hacking mechanic really opens both gameplay and narrative possibilities; a rather interesting story with incredibly lively characters; online free roam is a hilarious amount of fun

Story is a big ol' fetch quest; driving sucks; side characters are more interesting than the protagonist; ungodly number of terrible side activities to populate the game; competitive online is almost completely useless

Watch Dogs is a new intellectual property from Ubisoft that has been in development for over five years at the publisher's Montreal studio.

the game is assume, great storyline. I enjoy doing the gang hideout missions so when I did them all I was upset. other than that the game is awesome.

In my opinion, i believe that this game is a lot better than GTA. Starting this game off you can hack everything, I've had more fun playing this than GTA V. As the story of the game starts, Aiden wants pay back on the group of people that targeted his family and killed his niece in the process.

Executive Summary: buy on sale and only if you have an xbox one or PS4. You'll probably be done with this game in a weekend and probably will never play it again afterward. I don't think this game should be played on the Xbox 360. It's just a pain.

I love this game. It's use of technology is so much fun. The only bad part is that when you hit a hill while driving then your car hits and it doesn't go flying. But other then that it's awesome.
