A great little device, just plug n to the laptop, monitor and wireless keyboard/mouse dongle thingee and it all works!

I purchased this wee hub during lockdown to use with my MacBook Pro (M1 chip) and the external monitor I have for my WFH setup and it did the job brilliantly. Plug the USB C power cable directly into the hub and the pass-through powers the MacBook with no issues, then extend or mirror your display through to the external. It does seem to run pretty warmly/hot - but I used it all day every day for two weeks and it didn't miss a beat. I haven't however tried it with two external monitors though. Gave it four stars because of the running warmly issue and I don't know if this will affect its longevity.

Cheap and does exactly what it’s supposed to. I love how it also doesn’t cover the other usb c port on my macbook.

Does exactly what it says on the box. 4K @ 60HZ over HDMI. Charges my M1 Macbook perfectly too. Great value if you just need something to connect a monitor and charge your laptop.

Pros: Small, fast, good purchase for the price. Cons: if you connect to HDMI and VGA you only can Duplicate monitors not extended.
