It is robust and reliable, if not beautiful. I use it in the study where I have a lot of network devices, so I need more than the 4 dedicated ports I built into the room, Great value compared to many other switches

Hopefully I won't have to pay shipping for a replacement. We will see what a Manufacturer Warranty of Parts 5 years limited and Labor 5 years limited is worth. I will follow up.

Worked flawlessly for 21 months; Five stars until a couple days ago

Froze after 21 months; Recycled, and it froze again after a few hours

I purchased another model and had some connection problems with it, so I ordered this one. It works great. I still had the connection problem, but I replaced the cable and now it works as it should. I could have saved a bunch of headaches if I had tried the cable first.

Easy to install. This switch is better than your residential grade equipment. TP Link products are built to last with few if any problems.

This has been a solid switch for the last year . Great price and does the job . Only con I have is the fans. They are pretty loud . I have a rack in my basement so it isn't a huge deal but if your putting this else where be warned . My non Poe switch is dead silent so this was a definitive con .
