Everything needed for a solid security camera system was included in the box. Setting up was easy, the most difficult thing being laying the cables throughout the house. The software is easy to use and intuitive. Remote access, on the same network using PC app HomeSafe View, is great because the Swann controller box is in a secure position and not easily accessible. This also makes reviewing recorded footage easy. I would buy again and I do consider this wired setup to be considerably more secure than a wireless system.

I bought this kit as a replacement for a custom ONVIF system so that if I rent or sell my house, the next occupant will be able to use it (much easier to setup, use, and well supported). Overall impressed - easy to install, setup, etc - everything as advertised. The one issue I have is 'upload footage to dropbox'. It will only allow you to select auto-upload of video from 2 of the 4 channels (you choose which 2). For pictures it will allow selection of all 4 channels - but they may not be the frame you need. Had I'd known about this limitation before purchase I might have looked at something else - there is no documentation to suggest this would be the case. I also needed to find some YouTube videos for setting that part up (requires both Swann Security phone app and Nvr settings to configure).
