After spending a little time getting the grind setting just right, and the correct dose for our taste, we are extremely happy. We have owned previously the Sunbeam Esspresso Mini, so this is a welcome upgrade. Love the built in grinder, larger tank, and especially the timer to get out coffee dosage and esspresso shots just right every time. Good for a coffee lover that does not want to be investing $1000's on a fancy professional unit.

Only had it for a little while but works well, gives good coffee and easy to use and clean. We like it a lot
